 I can't seem to be able to download this file from the STEX section here. I've tried several times, and it tells me the file is corrupt. I need that to make an airport. Is there somewhere else I can download it from? I tried the BSC file exchange site, and it doesn't seem to be there.

You dont have to use ACB Terminals. There are more airport packs. You can use the old ACB Terminal, SWAP, and other else! I was able to download it jut a week ago, and it worked fine. The BSC file exchange is mainly for BSC members and associates. ACE doesn't have an account in SC4D so other members of SCAG(Simcity Airport Group) post threads for ACE.

I just downloaded the ACB-VLT pack 1 again, and it appears to have worked.
