| I have a problem referring to exporting a building. My file I would like to export contains approximately 30000 KB: 1st question: Is this too big? , 2nd question: is it normal that it needs more than 15 hours (that is no exaggeration) to export only half oh the building? Thank you for replying |

| 30000KB is not too big, some of the model files of my larger skyscrparers were about 25-28MB in size. They took around 14 hours to render. This was on my older computer, on my newer computer it was about 4 hours shorther. Having render times over 15 hours is perfectly normal for a building of the size you are descrbing. As long as it looks diffrent after 10-20 mins or so the render is still processing. If it still looks exactly the same after a few hours that means that the render could have frozen up which can happen on larger buildings. As i mentioned above render time will also be depndant on how old or new your computer is. Just wait for the render to process. Genrally if you dont get a render error, then everything is still working fine. Just wait it will take a LOOONG time. |
