Thanks for all the comments and advice, I've already chosen a rock mod that you should see in the pitures and a The Cavate Terraforming Company has kindly created a waterfall for the citizens of Cavate:

And here are a couple shots of all the housing that's being built:

"The Natural Development":

Hospitals are being built to increase the life span of Cavate's citizens:

And finally an full shot of most of the development:

Great update! I love you use of the ponds (PEG's Ponds I assume). I also love how you laid out your roads. Wonderful work.

New Information!!!

With the "Stadium Sprayer" found it is now time to choose the name and coach for the new stadium... and as winter is approaching and the money tree stops providing money... the mayor is willing to accept some small "donations" which just might increase ones chance of winning..

I'd also like to unveil the new Cavate City Flag, salvaged from the Cavate City Archives:

Some details about Cavate:
  • Currency = The Cavatian Dollar
  • Religion="Church of the Cavate Spirit"
  • Language=English and Cavatian (A mixture of short vocal clicks and timed jumps performed on a fallen log-soon to be phased out)
  • Government=Dictatorshi... Democracy!
  • Founded=1,000 years ago when a group of slaves escaped their greek captors to found a settlement... they soon all died of plague. City Refounded 19 years ago using secret money tree technology.
  • Dictato... President!=Qwerty Qwsazx
Thank you,
qwsazx

The terraces on the first hill were now almost completely developed:

"The Dome" was built in the mayors favorite architectural style to house the new Church of the Cavate Spirit's new "The Terrace Experience" museum:

And the mayor also built his house on the terrace below in a similar way as the worship house:

Both together:

Finally the city hall was built on a small terrace, overlooking the second hill:

Thank you,
qwsazx

Beautiful update so far, i love the terraforming in terrace style. Looks very good.

Btw the Hungarian castle you mentioned is not a castle never was. It is the Hungarian parliament wich is used by the goverment right now. I have no idea that Parliament was modeled by a Simcity fan. I have to say awesome work!

Keep up the good work, I cant wait to see more.

Replies

@Norby(ToG)= Thank you, i know the it's not a castle, but would you beleive me if i told you i stole the Hungarian Parliament @Hard_Justice = Thank you, and thanks for all the replies you've given me!
@Larks2242 = Thank you for the replies every update!
@Petrovar Ambassador = wow, thanks alot, thats a real boost to my confidence
@astronelson = Thank you, for life... that's a long time... I think i'll "retire" and let a "completely new and definitely not controlled by me" president take over from me.

THE UPDATE!!

Cavate was growing more and more, and soon businesses were flocking to the city. It was time to create the CBD of Cavate, and to occupy the final terraces of the first hill:

The Transport hub and Water Plazas:

The EDF Tower and "Church of Cavate Spirit Merchandise Head Quarter" Building quickly moved in, realising the city's potential:

The "Qwerty Qwsazx Money Tree research and development HeadQuarters" soon followed:

The "Cavate Breakfast Show with Ted Terrace" started broadcasting from one of the terraces:

Cavate College was opened:

And finally here are some pictures of the bridge that links the two hills:

And, i am happy to announce the name of the new stadium:

The Cavate Larks Stadium

Congratulations Larks2242 for being chosen thanks to your regular commenting!

Soon the First hill shall be given a name...

Thank you,
qwsazx

Reminds me of Sim City 2000 and the perfectly terraced land and how we usually squeezed zones onto every piece of land, and it looked wonderful!

This really is a great job here...I love how you've built on all this custom terraformed terrain, excellent work!

My only suggestion would be to remove the red brick sidewalk portion of the JRJ Sidewalk mod...they don't really seem to fit with the other sidewalks and overall don't look too good.

But other than that, keep it up!
