There was a list of all the labels on the Omnibus, but that article hasn't been around since the upgrade to ST 6. I think the forum upgrade broke it and it hasn't been fixed.

As for explaining the icons themselves... most of them will provide some sort of explanation if you click on them.

Points must be applied for all activity on an account, even before this "points" system was made public. I had been inactive from ST for the past year, but came back to start a city journal and get involved again. I noticed though that I already had upwards of 700 points already. Must have been for stuff I did many moons ago. Thanks be to the Fearless Leaders for grandfathering us inconsistent Simtropolis members in with the points!
