The region that I've been building, Blakewell Passage, has finally passed 100,000 (it had done so on Thursday, but I didn't really have time to post anything here then)! To commemorate this event, here's some pictures of the region:

The region overview - Blakewell Passage's development has extended more into the northeastern land area's high plains, but development will soon start following the passage northwest.

IF you right-click -> view, you might be able to see the city names better, but it's still kinda small. Sorry about that.
Here's a rundown of the cities/towns/divisions/whatever, and their basic character:
Passage's Beginnings: The first town founded. Primarily residential with heavy industry on the north edge of town.
Crosspoint Heights: The most populated township in the region, with about 30,000. A patchwork of zoning, although there are some clear industrial and commercial areas.
Greatwind: The northernmost town as of now, with avenues that aren't justified by the levels of development.
Windsweep: A suburbish and somewhat wealthy town - with two private schools.
Line's End: The end of the eastern-heading avenue from Crosspoint Heights, as well as the edge of the region.
Dia Plains: A fairly typical town, with avenues it doesn't really need right now and a bit of rail.
Kalt Ridge: A small development, as well as the southern termination of development in the region as of now.
Blackthorn: A town with heavy heavy rail coverage.
Blakewell Outlet: The southern end of the water passage that the region is named for. Now has heavy industry on the west bank.
Experiment E: A peculiar development in which I force the populace to use mass transit to get around.

And the traffic overview. Can you see the overabundance of avenues?
So there we go.

Pollution already? Ah well.
Started on a new region, Havenwash. It's at 19k already, and is really hard (but very interesting) to build on. Let's see how this goes.

I hope all of you like Middle Eastern cities!

There's still more to fill in so don't be thinking thats all.
(On a side note,  you can clearly notice to borders of each city.  If you did noticed, the bottom 2 that which is the CBD is 1 city.  The middle section is different settlements or other cities.  And above that is just the Qutor Desert.  The most death-killing desert in the planet.  If you noticed a settlement in the Quator Desert, that's just a little settlement that has been founded by archeilogists.  No artifacts has been found just yet.)
