Whilst using the SAM asphalt texture, I noticed this:![]() The end of the street seems to face the wrong way when in this situation. Notice however that to the left, there is a similarly placed street branching from a T junction, and that faces the correct way. I've tried bulldozing and relaying the street, with no change. The city on the other side is blank. Is there anything that can resolve this? |

| Yes, there are some stability issues with some SAM sections - particularly short sections. You might try using the street tool and just plop single sections on top of the existing streets at various locations. I have had that work for me sometimes. ...and moving to Modding - Transit Networks -CaptCity |

| There is actually a patch out there for that problem . . . I'm trying to find the link. Edit: Just replicated it here on my end . . . I think it may be RUL-related. -Alex (Tarkus) |

| what happens if you drow the edge T first, then add the adjoining streets that go into the map? .. just a thought.. i didn't try it |
| Looking over the SAM RULs and testing in-game, it only appears to be an issue with the orthogonal stub being built next to a +-intersection. Half of the stability RULs for that combination had the stub flipped the wrong direction, so you've got a 50-50 chance if it ending up wrong. I fixed all the lines of code that were causing the issue (32 lines total across all 8 SAM variations) and I'll make sure the fix goes into the next NAM Controller update. -Alex (Tarkus) |

I thought this had come up in the SAM thread on SC4D, but I hadn't seen anything about resolving the issue. Appreciate your working on it ![]() |
